The land

is terraced with a large variety of trees – mostly olives but also almonds, oranges, lemons, avocados, walnuts, hazelnuts, caqui, apple, pomegranate, fig and carob. Around the house there is a colourful array of flowers and herbs.
It is possible to grow seasonal vegetables all the year round thanks to the climate and the abundance of water. There is also plenty of manure to be had from the local goat and sheep farmers in the valley.
